It seem worth offering a some definitions and additional information which will iluminate the concept.Consider the following definitions of 'Contextualization.' Meriam Webster Definition of 'Contextualization' Wiktionary Definition of 'Contextualization'I [Jerry] would paraphrase these, suggesting that to contextualize is to consider [a need] and understand it within the context [situation] where it occurs; then to describe the context.
