Analyze Blackboard users twice.
First, analyze Blackboard users, using the model in http://twiki.csueastbay.edu/twiki/pub/Mutualdiscovery/InteractionDesignFall08/dervin_table_3_1.pdf
- Which users? Get a large enough set to populate the table.
- How do you do the analysis? More down the road, but don't just sit and stare at the wall (or talk/chat/twiki with other folks in the class.) Try to find a few minutes to interview some friends, especially if they aren't CS majors. Try to find some data online, maybe even users and/or data not at CSUEB.
- you don't need to finish part 1 before you move on to part 2, but make a real try at it. In particular, pay attention to all the cells in the table.
