Ahatwiki
Add your suggestions, comments, complaints, and thoughts about the look and feel of the Ahat TWiki here. Anything you would like to see changed? New functionality? Things you hate? Things you love? The best way to help us understand your contribution is to write us a story about it - what happened to make you aware of the issue, good or bad? The more contextual information, the more likely we are to get it right....

the navigation for subwebs is NOT intuitive... that little diamond is too small for me to see

Gotcha. Next version of the skin will use a much larger (and easier to see) icon - thinking of the twikiopen/close-small ones, but look for yourself in TWikiDocGraphics - HilaryHolz

Check out the contextual edit links now in the LabBestPractices? pages, and let me know? what you think. Works? Doesn't work?

note...if you don't sign in first before you type in a lengthy, and i mean lengthy comment, you lose the comment. been there, done that. smile

i realize that this page is a suggestion box page. i am simply conveying the notes i took in office hours a couple weeks back per hilary's request, and the note says to have a suggestion box page, perhaps on every class main page. it should be very accessible so that students will find it easily and use it.

another note per HH, recorded by jenny: the twiki plugins page...need to have a plugin for a message board/instant message...it is not currently up to date for new version of twiki (again, this is a dated note...about a couple weeks old as of this writing)

I (Jenny) am wondering if it can be made easy (I consider using this add comment window a great example of ease of use) to leave comments for students about their work. Some design decisions would have to be made...I think. It's my understanding that you can load a page with only so many extras and then it maxes out. But one reason I didn't get into commenting student work this quarter was because I was overwhelmed by workload and it is a time-consuming process to even leave a little note on a page. I think it would have doubled my time spent on grading. Honestly.
